Washington Redskins are hiring!

Are you interested in joining the Washington Redskins this season?

There is a job fair this Sunday, June 13 from 11 AM until 4 PM at FedEx Field for jobs with the Redskins. They’ll be hiring friendly, dependable, hard-working individuals for part time work for the following positions and departments:

  • Guest Relations Representatives
  • Ticket Takers
  • Ushers
  • Catering and Concessions Staff
  • Premium Food Services
  • Retail Representatives
  • Maintenance Crew Members
  • Security Personnel (CSC)

FedExField is located at 1600 FedEx Way in Landover, Maryland.

Unfortunately there is no metro service directly to the field. The Metrorail Morgan Boulevard station on the Blue Line is the closest station to FedEx Field. The station is nine-tenths of a mile from the stadium and a new walkway offers direct access to the stadium. The Largo Town Center station, also on the Blue Line, is one mile away from the stadium.

Free parking will be provided in Lot A. Please enter the stadium through the administrative lobby at the Sprint Suite Entrance, next to the ticket office.

Please bring a government-issued ID and be prepared to fill out job applications!

June 4 is National Donut Day!

This Friday, June 4, doughnut makers across the U.S. will celebrate National Doughnut Day in the best way possible--- with free doughnuts.

In case you didn’t know, June 4 is indeed National Doughnut Day. The tradition was established in 1938 by the Salvation Army to help raise funds for people in need. The idea started on the battlefields of France during World War I when the Salvation Army served coffee and doughnuts to soldiers in the trenches.

So what does that mean to you? If you visit Krispy Kreme or Dunkin’ Donuts on Friday, it means free doughnuts! Here are the details:

Krispy Kreme is offering customers a FREE doughnut of their choice at all participating U.S. stores on Friday, June 4. No purchase is necessary for the free doughnut at Krispy Kreme.

At Dunkin’ Donuts , you’ll get free doughnut with the purchase of any beverage at participating stores on Friday, June 4. The offer is good all day.

Happy donut day!
